DESCRIPTION

Thanks to the innovative technologies in the turbo field, the GMC expert team has designed our turbo kit, intending to create a high-quality product that fully meets the needs of customers and their cars. With this kit, we have tried to combine excellent and reliable materials that guarantee the product durability, with GMC experience in the turbo and racing fields. Through our study on manifold and turbine, this product was developed to enhance the car's performance. In this way, the efficiency of the kit, and the different components as well is improved. Our product aims high and is far superior to other kits on the market: it guarantees greater power, increases the car's performance, is easy to install, and is highly resistant. The GMC turbo kit is perfect for upgraded engines that require durable components that can withstand high-stress levels. In the different tests on racetrack and various championships, our kit proved to bear the engine's pressures excellently and to satisfy completely the pilot's needs for power and high-performance.

Installation requirements 

All our turbo kits require modification to the electronics (Ecu re-mapping), and, very often, they also require modification to the fuel supply system (injectors replacement).

The kit is supplied without the pop-off, so in the versions that originally had the turbine including the pop-off you have to install one on the sleeve that goes to the throttle body.

To install this kit, it is necessary to replace the water sleeve gasket with the following Fiat original product: 0055185066-001. 

The turbo kit comes with the turbine correctly positioned and the wastegate already modified for a correct installation without having to make further modifications.

WELDING EXCELLENCE Our team is specialized in welding and takes care of every single detail. From their expertise derive the GMC manifolds, which feature a unique type of welding, hard to find in other products on the market. Our welds are precise, clean, and perfect and give the product a look free of impurities and smudges inside and outside. Moreover, our welding has a positive impact on the performance of our product and guarantees a higher flow speed. In this way, the manifold can work at its best, thus allowing the flux not to be slowed or diverted in any way.

THE MERGE SYSTEM Our experts designed the merge system of our manifolds so that the flows are parallel and do not conflict with each other. This allows the product to guarantee maximum yield, while there is a drastic reduction of back pressures and operating temperatures. For years our team of experts has carried out tests on racetracks and on the dyno test bench to obtain a high-quality product. This system guarantees a power increase in the order of 10-15hp and a decrease in the operating temperatures.

FLANGE AND TEMPERATURE PROBE CONNECTION Our manifolds are equipped with an EGT temperature probe connection with a thread of your choice. They include flanges as well, in which both the turbine and the head connection are made of stainless steel. Moreover, every manifold has a pipe coupling system that guarantees the maximum resistance of the product.

MERGE SYSTEM AND FLANGE MACHINED FROM SOLID The merge system machined from solid guarantees greater reliability and better exhaust flow to the turbine due to the lack of junctions between the components.
