BEER GMC-RACING Kölsch

Craft beer produced by the brewery BIRRA FON (Birrificio Artigianale trentino), right here in Fondo, Trentino, our home.
High-fermentation beer with neutral yeast and a light body whose aroma is enhanced by the hops used, two German and one Czech. It is from this latter hop, Saaz, that the name of the beer originates, playing on the reference to Rio Sass, the stream that creates the canyon upstream of Fondo.

A beer easy to drink, with moderate bitterness and well balanced between floral and herbaceous, suitable for every hour of the day and night.

HOPS: German Magnum, Saaz, German Mittelfruh
