DESCRIPTION

UNIBALL BEARINGS are ready-to-assemble, space-saving mechanical components used for the precise transmission of oscillation or rotation movements combined with variable angular tilting. 

The spherical sliding coupling is pre-loaded and has a very low backlash. The pre-load prevents the coupling backlash from increasing during use. The fine peach threading - left or right - allows precise adjustment of arm and bar spacing. The rod ends resist corrosion thanks to the polished nickel plating of the head body, the stainless steel socket, and the thick chrome plating of the inner ring.

The rod ends are compliant with the dimensional standards DIN648K, are made with steel/bronze coupling, and are made of four pieces (head, inner ring, and two semi-socket). The grease nipple and the lubrication grooves provide for the distribution of lubricant around the inner ring.

                    * from 100 to 130mm with 60mm long spacer

                    * from 115 to 145mm with 75mm long spacer
