A top-fermented beer brewed with neutral yeast and a light body, its aroma is enhanced by the hops used—two German and one Czech. The latter hop, Saaz, gives the beer its name, a play on the Rio Sass, a stream that forms the canyon above Fondo.
An easy-drinking beer, with moderate bitterness and a well-balanced balance between floral and herbaceous notes, suitable for any time of day or night.
