Terminated wiring harness compatible with LSx engines with DBW, incorporates PDM functionality.

DESCRIPTION

COMPATIBILITY : Vehicles equipped with GM LSx engines with DBW throttle bodies requiring vehicle rewiring with PDM functionality. Pre-wired for direct connection to the OEM 7-way coil harness connector.

Wiring overview

• EV6 primary injector sockets.
• Connects to the OEM ignition secondary wiring harness on the engine (required).
• Includes:
• 1 x HT-186205 Terminated Wiring
• 1 x Pack of DTM/DT connectors and pin sets for termination to sensors, solenoids and other devices
• 2 x DTP-2 connectors with pre-crimped 12AWG wires for use with fuel pump and heater fan
• 1 x DT-8 connector with pre-crimped 18AWG wires
• 1 x Bosch 2-Way Alternator Adapter Wiring
• 1 x Yazaki 2-Way Alternator Adapter Wiring
• 1 x Delco 4-Way Alternator Adapter Wiring

• 8 x Primary Injectors (EV6)
• Breakout socket for 8 x secondary injectors
• 2 x outlets available for tertiary injection
• Universal accelerator pedal wiring harness breakout
• Single/Dual Boost Solenoid Control
• Dual wideband sensor control (R5 wideband controller on board)
• Connecting the flex fuel sensor
• Direct fuel pump control (with 25A-HCO)
• Direct control of the fan heater (with 25A-HCO)
• Breakout connector in cockpit for backup inputs and outputs
• Engine compartment breakout connector for backup inputs and outputs (e.g. transmission control)
• Breakout connector for PDM outputs (e.g. parking lights, indicators, wipers, etc.)
• Haltech CAN Bus Support (DTM-4)
