The racing intercooler kit for the Abarth 500 is interchangeable with the original thanks to the modified bumper crossmember included in the kit. However, some small modifications to the lower bumper crossmember are still required. If the car is equipped for a xenon system, you will be forced to either move the xenon tank or remove the system and switch to halogen. Our intercooler kit is interchangeable with the original thanks to the bumper crossmember modified by us which you will find included in the kit and is complete with everything necessary for assembly. The intercooler measures 260x710x62mm, while the radiator core measures 260x580x62mm. The effective cooling volume has increased by 150%. The airflow surface area is 1508 square centimeters, almost 110% more than the original.
