UNIBALLs are ready-to-assemble, space-saving mechanical elements for the precise transmission of oscillating or rotating movements, combined with variable angular tilting. The spherical sliding coupling is preloaded and has very little play; the preload prevents the coupling play from increasing during use. The fine-pitch thread - right or left - allows for precise adjustment of the center distances of the arms and bars. Rod ends resist corrosion thanks to the bright nickel plating of the head body, the stainless steel of the bushing and the hard chrome plating of the inner ring. The rod ends comply with DIN648K dimensional standards, made with a steel/bronze coupling constructed in four pieces (head, inner ring and two half bushings). Grease nipple and lubrication grooves provide for the distribution of the lubricant around the inner ring.
