The MV-R 44mm wastegate is much more compact than any other 44 or 46mm wastegate on the market. It features two upper air holes and three lower air holes for easy installation. This valve is an add-on to our V44. The MV-R has an optional ultra-high temperature casting available for motorsport applications.
DESCRIPTION
The valve and valve body are constructed from a high temperature resistant 347SS NiCrFe based alloy, this will ensure a longer product life than competing brands.
The actuator diaphragm is reinforced with Normex silicone, ideal for high temperatures.
17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring provides consistent pressure at high temperatures, resists “relaxation” at temperatures from 900F (483°C)
The valve bushings are made of Nitronic 60 stainless steel
All components are made of stainless steel
The ultra-compact design is suitable for very tight spaces
The welding flanges and coupling clamps are made of 304 stainless steel
The outer body of the valve is made of colored anodized aluminum (silver, red, blue, purple, black)
There are three bottom holes and two top holes for easy installation, there is absolutely no need to rotate the top of the actuator, plugs for unused holes are also included
The connections are with the V-Band system which guarantees easy installation, the flanges and brackets are included in the box!
Integrated 4-way cold water ports circulate a small amount of coolant through the top of the actuator to keep temperatures low under extreme conditions like racing. These are factory-tested for leaks and can be closed when not in use.
Extremely high temperature casting is available for motorsport applications.

The coolant passes through the lower portion of the actuator and overall has little impact on the cooling system.
TIAL V-BAND BANDS:Tial's V-Band clamps and flanges are manufactured in-house. The stainless steel clamps and flanges are CNC-machined, ensuring a secure, tight fit.
TIAL RACING VALVE STEM: MV-S Tial models are equipped with racing valve stems. The wear-resistant coating is resistant to the corrosive effects of lead oxide, which is caused by the use of leaded racing fuels.
