It's the largest valve in the Tial catalog. This massive 60mm wastegate allows for precise turbo boost control in the most demanding situations. The V60 is the preferred choice for drag racing and track racing.
DESCRIPTION
Flow of 330 CFM at 1 psi differential pressure
The valve and valve body are constructed from a high temperature resistant 347SS NiCrFe based alloy, this will ensure a longer product life than competing brands.
The actuator diaphragm is reinforced with Normex silicone, ideal for high temperatures.
17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring provides consistent pressure at high temperatures, resists “relaxation” at temperatures from 900F (483°C)
The valve bushings are made of Nitronic 60 stainless steel
All components are made of stainless steel
The welding flanges and coupling clamps are made of 304 stainless steel
The outer body of the valve is made of colored anodized aluminum (silver, red, blue, purple, black)
Tested at the Le Mans race
With an opening pressure of 1 psi (0.07 bar), the flow rate is 9.34 m²/min.
The connections are with the V-Band system which guarantees easy installation, the flanges and brackets are included in the box!

TIAL V-BAND CLAMPS: The stainless steel clamps and flanges are CNC machined, this ensures a secure and tight fit.
TIAL RACING VALVE STEM: The V-60 Tial is equipped with a racing valve stem. The wear-resistant coating is resistant to the corrosive effects of lead oxide, which is caused by the use of leaded racing fuels.
